I had a problem receiving my medication on time (due to a problem from UPS, not Freya). I reached out to the company when I was getting nowhere with UPS and not only did they almost immediately get back to me, they continued to follow up to make sure I received it. I am very impressed how amazing this company has been. In a day and age where the customer is no longer the priority, this company realizes that there would be no company if it wasn’t for the customers.

I felt heard and valued. You don’t see that kind of service anywhere anymore. I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to tell this company how amazing they are doing! I am so happy I switched to this company. Oh and it doesn’t hurt that I’ve also lost 23lbs since I started semaglutide!
