Subscription Management & Refund Policy
At Freya, we aim to provide flexibility and clarity in our subscription services.
Subscription Billing
• Monthly subscriptions are billed every 28 days to ensure continuity in your treatment and avoid gaps in medication delivery.
• 3-month subscriptions are billed every 84 days and shipped in one delivery containing three months’ worth of medication.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the “My Account” page: https://freyameds.com/my-account or by emailing contact@freyameds.com, and we’ll cancel it promptly for you.
Please note: You cannot change your refill date. If you need to adjust timing, you’ll need to cancel your subscription and restart it when you’re ready for your next shipment.
To avoid being charged for your next renewal, you must cancel before the renewal is processed. Once processed by the pharmacy, orders are non-refundable. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll always do our best to support you within these limits. We recommend canceling at least 48 hours before your scheduled order date.
Undeliverable Orders
If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, we cannot offer a replacement or refund, as the medication must be destroyed for safety and regulatory reasons. Please ensure your delivery details are correct to avoid this.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, your experience matters to us — if you are unhappy with your medication or it doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us so we can help address your concerns.
