At Freya, we aim to provide flexibility and understanding in our subscription services. Here’s what you need to know about managing your subscription and our policy on refunds:

You are free to cancel your subscription or modify the date for your next refill at any point via the “My Account” page: https://freyameds.com/my-account

However, we request that you provide us with a clear cancellation or change request at least 48 hours before your scheduled next order date.

Should you request a cancellation after your order has been processed by the pharmacy, we cannot ensure a refund due to the processing status. In such cases, we encourage you to refer to our Return Policy below for further guidance.

Additional Note on Undeliverable Goods:

In the event that we are unable to deliver your goods and they are returned to the sender, please be aware that we cannot offer further assistance as the goods are destroyed for safety and regulatory reasons. It is crucial to ensure that your delivery information is accurate and up-to-date to prevent such occurrences.

RETURN POLICY:

We truly understand that there may be occasions where you might not feel entirely satisfied with your purchase, and our utmost concern is your overall experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns given the nature of our products. Nonetheless, we encourage you to get in touch with us if you are dissatisfied with the product or if it does not meet your expectations. Signature on Delivery:

The requirement for a signature is fixed on our end to ensure the security and safe delivery of your medication. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, this must be arranged directly with UPS.

Please be aware that if you choose to opt out of signature confirmation, Freya cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered.
